Blue Hour Zine Library was founded in 2021, and is based in Ottawa, Canada. The library showcases photography zines from photographer Yuli Sato's personal collection as well as those submitted by international artists, authors, and publishers.
Blue Hour has been greatly inspired by Booklet Library, a zine library that has been providing inspiration to creatives since 2011.
